Refund & Return Policy – RefurbBazaar

We want you to have complete confidence when shopping at RefurbBazaar. If something doesn’t work out, our return & refund policy ensures a fair process.

Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

• Returns must include original invoice and packaging.

Time Frame for Return

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.

Conditions for Return

✔ Product must be unused, in the same condition as delivered.
✔ All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be returned.
✘ Returns will not be accepted for intentional damage, mishandling, or software issues.

Refund Method

• Refunds are processed via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Original Payment Method.

Timeline for Refund Processing

• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after product inspection.

Return Shipping

• If the product is defective or wrong, RefurbBazaar bears the cost.

• If returned for personal reasons (not defect-related), customer bears the cost.

Exceptions

• Software, licenses, or digital products are non-refundable.

• Customized/bulk orders are non-returnable.
